洪鹏志(1966-),硕士,教授,硕士生导师,广东省淡水鱼产业体系岗位科学家,现任广东海洋大学人事处处长。主要从事低值水产品的精深加工及废弃物的综合利用、海洋生物中生理活性物质的提取分离及功能性食品的开发、食品安全和品质控制等方面的研究。近年来,主持各类科研项目30多项,在国内学术刊物上发表学术论文150多篇,其中SCI/EI收录22篇,主编学术专著1部,参编教材1部,获相关国家发明专利52项,获各类科研奖励9项,获省级教学成果二等奖2项,转让专利技术3项,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。...   详细>>
